Hi everybody,
I've got a spare black Bakelite agitator for a Maytag Model E, J, or N. This type also fits some early automatics, I believe.
The photos will show the crack that has been repaired / glued. The top part above the water line indicator has been painted in gloss black, after the repair. When I got it from Hardware Hank (Early, IA.) there were two surface cracks but it didn't affect the performance of the agitator. Underneath, the metal spline is in good shape.
