No, Fred, I think it was a little bit newer than that one (which is a peach!)
This washer had the stainless steel top and washbasket, but the controls are on the backsplash, which is white with gold lettering. The cycle selector on the left, and smaller knobs for temperature and speed selection are in a black-painted section in the center of the panel.
The brochure emphasizes that you can choose any combination of hot/warm/cold wash water, warm/cold rinse water, normal/slow agitation, and normal/slow spin. You can also dial up delicate and wash-and-wear cycles.
The brochure is dated November 1959, so maybe this was a 1960 model.
