I got the Whirlpool videos on my e-mail, but the Real Player couldn't play them, it asked for updates, but none could be found.

Gotta love the sound when it starts agitating! I first heard this in the Kenmore; when the water level was reached I heard the motor start up, a loud "clunk-bang" as the agitator engaged, then of course the wild "woo-woo-woo-woo" sound!

EXCELLENT videos Geoff! Makes me really appreciate my Belt-Drive!!!

Tbolt, If you can't get them to work in Windows Media Player, or Real player, Use Quicktime, it works flawlessly with that player..
