Colors
I currently have all white appliances.
Had black once, NEVER again. Always shows dust, finger prints, splatters.
Almost bought stainless the last time, but was advised against it by sales person because I was buying different brands. Kitchenaid and GE. The two stainless types did not match, GE was darker.
Was advised that white does not "date" a kitchen like some of the colors do. Example: Pink/Blue 50s-60s, Green/Gold/Copper, 70s, Almond/Black 80s 90s, Stainless 00s. White is a constant through the years.
Also white is usually a base price, whereas the colors cost extra. Would like to have had the red cranberry color for the washer and dryer, but I got white because I'm cheap.
