Best detergent/soap for wringer washers

I found a site with a manual for my wringer, but I wasn't directed to a site after I paid for it. I bought my machine with the drain pump not working, but in transport the knob got jarred, now it won't stop draining. I don't know how to access the pump.. Any advice?

I would post a new thread in the Imperial section (pink tab). More people with repair knowledge use that section. I would try to photo the machine too. I'm sure someone should be able to help.
