I remember while we lived at Seymour Johnson AFB, seeing one or two of these in friends' homes on the base.  I was sooo impressed - not only by the piece itself but knowing that the families had lived in Germany.  As an Air Force family we were never so lucky.  Never lived west of the Mississippi, never left the continental US.
