Is there any way to buy Amway laundry detergent other than having somebody come to your house? Went to the Amway site and was directed always into filling out a form so someone could "call on me". Really don't want that happening.

Ol "Rich and Jay's"

If memory serves me correctly, your upline distributor would give you some kind of a number or code so you can order your own Amway/Quixtar products and services online. Although I am still a paid up Quixtar distributor, I do not even buy for myself online, but order some of the basic household cleaning products from my local upline sponsor. Besides, I am rather paranoid to the point where I would rather examine the products for myself, *before purchasing,* so as to insure quality and damage control. Besides, I still like all my "store bought" detergents, all fabric bleaches, Borax, and Downy April Fresh Fabric Softener. What a warped and crazy dude I am! LOL!--Laundry Shark

Tom-- It's hands down the best detergent I've used. I conducted some stain removal tests a few months ago (lost to the archives, unfortunately) and it topped the list, followed by Persil (Henckels version) and Tide With Bleach. It's spendy, so I use it only on my whites loads.

It's low-sudsing, even in my very soft water. It is HE compatible.

I use 2 tablespoons (one small scoop, which comes with the detergent) in the FL'er and 4 tablespoons in the TL'er for my large, highly-stained white loads. I think 2 tablespoons in the TL'er would suffice for more normally-soiled loads.
