Bosch washing machine doesn't start !

My 1 1/2 year old Bosch washing machine beeps 2x when I press the start button.

Usually the start/pause button blinks right after I finish programming , it doesn't do that anymore ,just beeps at me when I press it.

this is a Bosch Axxis+ stackable WAS24460UC

I bought it at Sears, but so far the Technicians have no clue what's wrong.

On the photo you can see how the start/pause button isn't red after putting in the program.

Yes, I made sure the door is closed and closed it several times without any results. I also pulled out the detergent-drawer, it is clean.

I don't know what else I could check ???

Hi There.

I once had a Bosch Maxx 5 washing machine. I had a similar problem. When I called out the engineer he said it needed a new door interlock.

He told me to slam the door to get the machine working. He replaced the door interlock and it was ok.

I have read reviews of similar Bosch machines in the UK, a lot of them seem to have had problems with the door interlock.
