Friends from a non-appliance board are picking me up, and we are heading to our own convention in Boston, We will be in late Thursday, staying until Sunday morning around 10, and I was wondering.....

I will have email access (I check the email in my profile at least daily, even on vacation), but no car. (I'm not extremely stupid. Just slightly so.)

If it works out, I'd like to meet Jetcone, Jason, and any other Massachusetts people. If not this time, then maybe in 2007.

My time will be limited however, but I just think it's rude to be in the area and not try.

This is not my first time in Boston, 1975, 1981, and 2002. Getting around on the MB T
A is not extremely new to me.

If I had a few bucks I'd grab a washer-head buddy, jump in the car and meet you in Boston.

However after the convention, even a crack-house Motel for a night or two is out-of-budget.

Hopefully we'll meet soon!

Welcome to Bahhhston

If you can find your way out of Logan Intl. and ride the T, you can find your way to Cheers, Fanieul Hall, and all the universities, and hopefully, you'll wind up at Fenway Park (pronouced "Pahhk") to watch the Sox whoop some Yankee butt (LOL. Now you Yankees fans, this is not an invitation for a fight.)

We didn't bother with Logan,

We drove, and none of our Boston friends on this other board said anything about the construction on the Mass Pike from Framingham to downtown. It was the worst part of the trip from Ohio!!!!!!!

Having dinner at Durgin-Park tomorrow (Friday) and Cheers at Faneuil Hall on Saturday.

Love and Laughter
