At Costco they sell this product made by Hannah. It is plum tomatoes, basil, olive oil, a little garlic and other spices. I love it with many things, but this week I discovered how good it is with cold chicken breasts. I cut up the chicken in small pieces. The chicken is well seasoned from when I cooked it. I place the pieces in a bowl and shake a little pepper sauce (hot peppers pickled in vinegar, not the Tabasco or Texas Pete kind) over it then add a couple of spoons of the Bruschetta on top. It is sooo good. I love left over chicken in so many ways that I never got around to trying it this way, but it is now one of my favorites. There is probably a Mediterranean name for what I described. It is also very good with white tuna. I drain and squeeze the water out of the tuna then give it a soaking in white wine then drain most of that off before using the tuna. There is no canned taste after that treatment.

It's always nice to find another use for something. Have you ever made your own bruschetta in the food processor?
