Tom, I have to agree with you that is kinda $$$. I got 5 bags of that stuff almost a year ago and paid 46 bucks and that included

shipping and no tax either.I am on my last bag right now so 46 bucks and it lasted a year so that is not to bad but two bags for

35 bucks well close to 35 bucks is high. The one thing I don't like about them is the bags they come in they are hard to close and

when you do get them closed they don't stay that way at all.

No not at all, to me it smells like any dishwasher detergent that you get from the store but less strong. It is not one of those that choke or gag ya like some of those new detergents that are out. Some of these new detergents have that patchouli smell which I can't stand

it makes me sick bad Bubble Bandit is milder than Cascade or Finnish at least to me it is....

I want to thank everyone in the older threads who mentioned Bubble Bandit. My 12 year Kenmore Elite Ultra Wash dishwasher had flawless performance until they changed the detergent formula, and now nothing gets clean in my dishwasher. I ordered Bubble Bandit, and I was thrilled with the outcome. It is great stuff. Thanks for turning me on to a great product!

There Are Only A Handful of Companies

That produce a majority of the scoops found in most laundry/consumer products. Of course P&G, Henkel and the other big dogs can design and have their own made. Otherwise you'll likely see "National Weights & Measures" or some such.

As for those resealable bags, yes much like some "ziploc" types they can be difficult to impossible to close properly again. Poweder DW detergent should be kept in near as air tight container as possible, so one seconds moving contents into an old Tupperware or similar canister.

Bubble Bandit

Didn't think it would take long for some enterprising person or persons to step in and come up with a phosphate laden DW detergent once P&G and others caved in and got shot of the stuff.

Doing private lable is so easy today for all sorts of products, especially if doing so on a large scale.
