Hi everyone, I just received my first bag of Bubble Bandit dishwasher detergent. I have soft water so I called the company and was greeted by a pleasant representative over the phone. If you have soft or softened water, she suggested to NOT use the full amount that is recommended on the bag. Try one tablespoon full and put it in the main wash cup (the one with the cover) an see what happens, experiment to see what works the best. Very helpful. I also asked her if they were going to be making a laundry detergent as well. She said that the laundry detergent is in the experimental stage and nothing is available as yet. Happy washing, Gary

I have tried the Bubble Bandit and what a great wash. The dishes are spotless and I only used one Tablespoon for a big load. I have soft water so it doesn't require a great deal of it. Try some and see what you think. Gary

Does it have Enzymes, Oxygen Bleach, Chlorine?

Been tempted, but, I'm off put by the huge pricetag.. :( Old-School Cascade is so cheap.

Is the Chlorine Scent, any bit strong? I've heard really good things :) and I don't mind the scent, but, there are fellow members here, who hate the smell of Bleach..

My thinking is, Chlorine can eventually rust.. but, I'm not too sure. In a plastic tub, it just makes the Plastic Shine like crazy ;)

I called the company. There is a very small amount in the product. You can barely if not even smell it. It is not like the dishwasher detergents from years ago.

In the new dishwashers, the stainless tub will outlast the pump, motor and controls for the way these machines are made these days. lol

I'd love to see the actual MSDS, if one could find it.

Does it ever make suds in the Main Washer water?
