Bubble Bandit

I figured I'd update on the use of Bubble Bandit dishwasher detergent.

The only thing it seems to fail to clean is high starch food. I had a pot and lid that I used for boiling potatoes, and the starch build up around the edge, and on the lid, Bubble Bandit didn't clean it. The first time I thought. maybe my partner didn't load it right, and the next load I did the loading, and same thing..

The other night I pre-cooked brats in water, and you got that foam from cooking it, and that didn't get cleaned too.

Other than that, the dishes do come out very clean, and shiny!

Is your water heater turned down? If so that's the most likely problem. Dishwashers need at least 140F to do their job, regardless of marketing claims.

We always use "High Temp Wash" & "Sanitize" on our Maytag DW and all the stuff you mention comes off completely.

The water heater is up, and I also had the "High Temp Wash" on too.
