Now, before anyone comments I know this is NOT the pilot of the Burns and Allen Show. The start and end seems different to those I remember, could this be when the show went into syndication?

Anyway, the point of this posting is Gracie's kitchen with, I believe, Westinghouse range and refrigerator. Is the electric sink Westinghouse too? I am surprised that if Westinghouse were paying for product placement that the small appliances on the counter top are Sunbeam. Shots of the kitchen start at about 9.00 with another segment at 18.00

Hard to avoid the Carnation name on B&A but had anyone heard of Carnation Cornflakes? Or was that just a plot to get the Carnation name in as far as possible?

You can be sure....

Definitely a Westinghouse Electric Sink.   Funny that on "I Love Lucy" there were several small Westinghouse appliances (mixer, toaster in particular) in the first few seasons then they were suddenly Sunbeams...  Deals/promos with Sunbeam no doubt for "product placement".

Good eye!

In the early days of the show her range was a Kelvinator or Leonard. Then there was a kitchen remodel and gas builtins replaced the older appliances. Another season they were living in either a hotel or apartment in New York and I don't remember seeing the kitchen. I did see the Westinghouse kitchen earlier this week so it must have been a different season's episodes. The show was the one where Harry von Zell was being pushed into a marriage by Gracie.

Carnation

Did make corn flakes. They had them in the 40's and 50's. I don't know how widely distributed they were.

I don't remember seeing a kitchen on the NY episodes. They were always eating in the hotel restaurant from what I remember. It played a central part in the plot of several of those shows.

Mixer is a model10

I guess is must have been earlier shows, it showed a Hamilton Beach Model G. Also the stove placement changed, as it was shown with the back of the stove against a high counter.
