I've been asked to scan this several times and since it came up again tonight, I decided to get it done. This is a brochure that I got at a home show/expo and have held on to it since I was in Jr. High school so it's been well loved through the years. Enjoy!

So good, they're almost scary...

Although my childhood washer: cold-warm-hot - one cycle and a soak (and pilot light) - RA or GA - small medium large - still remains a mystery.

UGH... that Harvest Wheat washer is exquisite! Honest, straightforward design. Performs with the grace of a fine automobile. If only the Neptune coulda been as good!

Jed childhood washer

Jed, it's no mystery. That sounds like the earliest of the 206 PowerWash machines introduced in 1966. Friends had that same washer as your parents. Just as you described. It replaced a WI59 Frigidaire Imperial in fall of 1966.

Thanks Bob

That's kinda what I've been thinking, and it did not have a black agitator or a blue tub. Standard turqouise and a tan colored tub.

Tub and agitator on 206

I had no idea there were any differences in those. I thought they all had the black Powerfin.

Have a good one,
James
