I came across yet another scribbled recipe with no idea whosse it is and where it came from. If it belongs to a member please forgive me! I'm calling it "yogurt cake"

1 box Betty Crappers "Pudding in the mix" cake mix
1 cup water
1 5-6oz flavored yogurt
2 Tbl "course sugar"

Frosting: 12 oz Cool Whip mixed with another yogurt.

Mix 1 min on low, 2 min on med. Pour into lubed and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 40 min at 350.
When cool, frost with 12oz tub cool whip, mixed with another yogurt.

*************************************************************************

I made the first one per recipe with German choc cake and dark cherry yogurt. It was just OK. I also cut the cool whip down to 8oz. Baked it for only 30min since cake mix has shrunk.

Second one was Lemon cake, lemon yogurt, no sugar and a "splash" of veg oil.
OMG TRE FAB!

I'm trying one now with Cherry cake and cherry yogurt. I'll report on it later.
