This was a fun one to make - and to eat! It definately made our afternoon office meeting much more tolerable and I got to use my old Hamilton Beach Model G to whip this together.

I think I will do this cake

However, I think it should be 1 cup bourbon.....1/2 for the cake and 1/2 <span style="text-decoration: underline;">for me</span>!

I was looking at your attached food blog and saw the recipe for prune cake, which look so moist.  I was wondering if you could use whole wheat flour, and/or use freeze-dried fruits instead of prunes for those people who don't like them.  I was thinking this could add more nutritional value to the cake.  Either way, this cake looks easy and I can't wait to try it.
