This is a tale of two Corning Electromatic percolators.
They appear to be identical SOL motif percs except for the markings on the back. Can anyone advise which one is newer? I'm leaning toward the one with the logo. From what I've read on line, I've concluded that these are 1973 or later but clearly they were made in different production years. Regardless, I think both pots were made around the period that sparked the recall, but neither has the tell-tale extra dot by the measurements inside the pot that would indicate the use of the new and "improved" failure-prone glue.
