I think it's broken. Yes, that's it!! It's broken!
Do the lights light up? Do ALL of the buttons respond when pressed? If the answer is yes to those questions it will most likely need a Central Control Unit. However before I go that far I would check all the connections on the door lock and all the connections on the CCU and MCU. Don't just look at them, pull each one off, look at the harness connector and look at the place on the board where the connector plugs, make sure it all looks good and is clean. Only pull one connector at a time and remember the position of the connector, this machine is not like the old ones. It can get a little intimidating but it's really easy once you get the hang of it. If any of the contacts on the edge connectors looks pushed down too far you can take a sewing needle and VERY GENTLY bend the contact back into position. But be careful and be gentle. One false move and you might end up buying a new harness.
