Hi everybody how's it going.

Some months ago I had canceled my old provider account and... my A.W. username has been automatically deleted. LOL.
So, I can not access my photo album anymore.

Robert, would it be possible insert my photo album in my new username? Or, do I have to upload a new photo album?

Hi Rodrego, the system automatically deletes any username that has not been logged into for more than 200 days.

Your older username was "bestcleaning", the new username you signed up as is "best-cleaning" so I tried to convert the old name into the new. Try it now and let me know if you are still having problems.
