A truly great old gas stove
Yep! That is most definitely an Ultramatic and my favorite iteration of the model; the side oven is a "waist-high Ultra-Ray" broiler with a built-in rotisserie. I fist saw this stove at a cousins' home in the Sixties and Caloric sold these stoves the way a lot of cars were sold, there was a menu of extras you could add to the basic model. On theirs, the side oven was called a "pastry oven" and it had a single door but was divided into a small oven with a small broiler underneath it. You could also order a meat thermometer, a "sensi-temp" burner, a stay-warm control for the main oven, a window in the door, etc. These were great stoves.
