This is the oven and cooktop in my grandmothers home. Wondering if anyone can possibly give a bit of info on these. Not really sure of the time they were produced, I just assume they're from around 1960.

Would be about right, The oven seems to need some door repair, these are great units.Much better than the junk sold today.

My grandparents had a similar caloric wall oven and cooktop. Actually the same cooktop from the dick van dyke show

My dad said he repaired those hinges about 30 years ago, and just a few years or so later they failed again and by then parts were unavailable. Or so he says.
That oven and cooktop are the best I've ever used. I'm saddened that the house will be sold soon and they will probably be ripped out and tossed in a dumpster for some modern junk. I would love to rescue them but I'd need something to put in their place and I also don't have a place to put them and probably never would.
