Coloric Heritage Series Gas Range

Danger, Watch Out, Warning

 

This is not a real Coloric Gas Range, the Heritage Series ranges came from Sunray and they are about as cheaply built as a range can be.

Ironically, this particular model resembles my 20 year old Whirlpool gas range. The paperwork that came with it new was all Whirlpool with the exception of the installation booklet that said Amana on it.

I know this is an old thread, but I was surprised these were made by Sunray. I know some of the apartment sized Calorics looked like Sunrays, but I was under the impression that the Heritage Series was a well built range.

I've seen some photos of really late model Calorics though, those looked a lot like an Amana to me.
