Yes, that's an Antonio Merloni product. Since it's a built in machine, Servis or Baumatic come to mind.

Here's a list of all the Antonio Merloni labels (AFAIK): Ardo, Nordland, Servis, Edy, EBD, EFS, Elin, Upo, Tecnogas, Baumatic, Elto, Bompani, Blücher, Eurotech, Clatronic, Novomatic, Philco, Selectro, WegaWhite, Nardi, Eudora, Studio, Atlantic, Campomatic and Thor

A. Merloni - The WCI of Europe

*LOL*

Knew at once as the thing looks similar to my old Malber washer another A. Merloni brand.

To my mind these appliances are "ok" if just starting out and or cannot afford to do better. With reasonable care they may even last some time. My Malber was basically given away only because it needed a new cold water inlet valve. Didn't want to bother as had the Miele installed so that was that.

Can you remember the store it was brought from?

If you can remember the store it was brought from it may help as some stores had 'exclusive' brands to their store. Such as MFI having their own brand of 'Diplomat' appliances (made by Antonio Merloni)

CandyD10, yeah Diplomat or Hygeina were the brands MFI used, its quite possible that it is a Nardi branded AM machine, but then Nardi machines actually said "Nardi" on them

Don't know much...

About the manufacturers behind machines, but the controls on that machine immediately wanted me to say Servis (we had a service free standing) buttons and dials the exact same.
