CD-DVD Copying Programs

I have a few of music-picture CD's and some movie DVD's (I made these) I would like to copy and give to a friend of mine.

On my computer, I have ImgBurn and Deep Burner, but haven't found anything in the menus that will enable me to make copies.

Can anyone suggest a good program (hopefully free-shareware) that can help me with this task?

Do you have the option with your programs to download the DVD or CD to your HDD? Like on your desktop. If so copy the contents to your hard disk drive on your computer, then just do the reverse. Burn it from your computer to your DVD or CD.
