Kind of Unusual:

It appears to be BOL or very close to it (no automatic oven clock timer, no door window, only one 8" burner instead of two), making it an unusual survival; people generally don't take very good care of the cheapies.

Dubuque's not that darn far away from me, but it's not the range for me.
 
I agree it is not a deluxe range, but quite a few manufacturers provided one 8" element on their 30" ranges in the early 50s, regardless of the number of other features. Westinghouse offered only one 8" element on even their TOL 30" ranges into the 70s.
 
LOL, do you think he has a RCA washer and dryer too, you know from when GE bought RCA, even though GE is better known for it's finance division. alr2903
