It's a twin tub.
Re-badged Panasonic I think. Very similar to the one I had when I got my first place, which was badged as a Norge.
If it is the same, the impeller will be in the bottom, in the corner of the wash tub instead of in the center. Lots of splashy wash time drama, and a surprisingly good performer.

Oh good, it wasn't just me. I thought my eyes were totally shot... LOL
There is almost more control panel than machine there, but a very good performer if you have to use a twin tub.
