How about the 1970's or 1980's Clairol Son Of A Gun hairdryer? The first picture is my original hairdryer, I still use it today, and it's approaching probably 25 to 30 years old, and shows no signs of stopping!

It's a real son of a gun!

Does anybody else have one of these?

Well son of a gun......

Here's my original Clairol Son Of A Gun with a brand new one and it's box.

When my old one finally does bite the dust, I have a new one to go another 25 plus years, hopefully!

Yup, sure do, but never use it.  I'm using a Norelco 1200 watt unit from the 70's, it's beat up but still the best dryer I've ever used.  I'd guess it's going on almost 40 years, don't know what I'll do when it does die.

i have one too-it's out in the garage and i use it to warm up the cylinders
of my air compressor before starting it in cold temperatures.
I remember seeing the "son of a gun"for sale at LaBelles back around 1978,
but i think these were made for at least 5yrs.
