1987 Kitchen Mate - beautiful appliance, well built. Counter-depth (plus door) was one of the best features of the Kitchen Mate line, they also offered a side-by-side version. It's unfortunate this one is almond, but I'll bet they'll miss it when it's gone.

Late 80s KM Kitchen-Mate refs

These were built at the same time that WP started building Kitchenaid Refs after WPs buying KA.

 

These KMs, KAs and a few WP branded refs were the last refs in the world to have real all steel porcelain coated interiors, for us in the repair business it was a sad passing when they stopped building these refs.
