Didn't these vacs go for something like $89.95 new. It seems we had one of these in an beige color once in the late 70's-early 80's.

I have it right here in my 73/74 Consumers Distributing catalog. Canadian price $68.50 so it probably sold for about $10-15 less in the USA. The dollar difference wasn't that much back in 73/74.

That's quite similar to the one we had when I was younger, though I think our bag was taupe. It even has the loose handle!
I think all that money is a small price to pay for such a clean machine. And who *knows* what goodies are in that bag. It'll be like a treasure hunt!
As far as Pete's catalog goes, I'd like A, please. I actually owned E for a short time, but I sold it on ebay.

It didn't even go for the opening bid the last time it was listed a few weeks ago (which I think was about $140 LESS than it's only price now). Shameless jerk.

That convertible is really pretty, and has a ton of potential, but I'm not paying that much for a convertible ever...especially with one with a full bag kthx.
