Commercial Automatic Dishwashing Detergent

Hi All!

I've been looking for detergents since I got my KDS-58 and am having a hard time finding something I like...

webstaurantstore.com/ has Sunlight in a pail, but I am going to assume it doesn't have phosphates...

I've seen various places selling institutional Cascade but not at a steady price.. Did they discontinue it?

Anyone have any thoughts on what I should look at or where? I have to have powder unless I setup the liquid feed I am wanting to use...

It's chlorinated and does a good job in hard water.

I buy the commercial Cascade at a wholesale hardware dealer. I was there last week and they had it in stock.

If there is a Gordon Food Service Marketplace (GFS)

store near you, they have commercial Cascade with phosphate in stock. At least, always when I am there 3-4 times a year. I don't dare go there too often, because I can never escape from there without dropping 40-75 USD.
