We've had a few summer parties and a few funerals of late and this is always a popular side dish and easy to make. I call it Confetti because of all the colored peppers and bright colored vegetables used in it.
2 assorted peppers cut in half and diced -- I use 1/2 of each Red, Yellow, Orange and Green pepper.
1 med. Red onion diced
1 bunch Green onions sliced
3-4 ripe Tomatoes diced
I med. can sliced Black Olives
8 oz Peperoni diced
16 oz. Angle hair pasta or pasta of your choice
7 Seas Viva Italian dressing 1/2-3/4 bottle
Mc Cormick Salad Supreme 1/2-3/4 bottle
