considering buying a new Speed Queen washer

.....but I have no issue with 15 US gallons....which should be less than half a similar capacity top loader....

unbalanced load handling

Does anyone know what the current Speed Queen top-loader washers do when the load gets severely off-balance-do they have an off-balance switch?

Does anyone know what the current Speed Queen top-loader was

My old SQ used to trip the unbalance switch and sit there until I re-distributed the load. My new SQ top loader, three years old, hasn't unbalanced yet. The old one very rarely unbalanced. In two decades of daily use I don't recall this happening with a greater frequency than once or twice a year.

Mine has never gone unbalanced either.
