I have been noticing lately on the internet about this Daewoo brand in particular their new fridge range, quite attractive looking units, especially the new satin black S.B.S.with ice and water dispenser, and I dont mind the look of the 524 litre top freezer unit too.
I wonder if they are their own company or just rebadged L.G.'s or Samsung'sas they are also Korean.
Has anyone had any experiences with these?,mind you I am reminded of the warning Peter,the fridge repairman gave me 6 weeks ago after fixing the G.E.,and that was Samsung fridges are nice to look at,but if anyone ever tries to sell you one,run out of the store as fast as you can,as they are a crap company to deal with in the event of repairs being needed,and so I wonder if these Daewoo's might just be the same,nice to look at but that's about it.
Although to be fair I have noticed that the above mentioned 2 models come with a 2 year warranty plus an additional 5 years warranty on the compressor which covers parts and labour.
