dating a hoover"decade 80"

got this vacume recently-a model u4381-030 decade 80 hoover upright in a nice seafoam green-ish color and wondering what era or year this could be from(ser.00233683)-it looks early '80s...It's a great aggressive cleaning vacume BTW.
My other frequent use DD vacs include:
-~1982 panasonic mc681:bought for $1,pretty good easy handling vac.
-~1940s? elecrolux XXX:art deco styling on skids-not real powerful,but handy and runs nice.

Yep, early/mid 80s would be about right. Great cleaner!

If you want to date a Hoover Decade 80, I would start by bringing her a bouquet of bags with a card that reads: "You really suck!"
