I was on holiday in Davos, Switzerland with a friend. It was a magnificent trip. We had all kinds of weather, sun, rain, hail and snow and then sun again. All seasons in one week! I took some pictures, or perhaps a few more than some... Click on the link if you want a look at the album.

Absolutely beautiful. I have been to Switzerland once (had to wear a jacket in June!) and I found it to be every bit as picturesque as the travel books I looked at showed it to be. I'm from cattle country, but it was a new experiance for me to have our bus held up behind a heard of dairy cows (Brown Swiss of course) being hearded down the middle of the main road in town.

It's so beautiful. I was in Interlaken waaaay back in 72 on my grand European vacation, all by myself at 16 y.o... I had never seen mountains before that and that there really were houses that looked like those Swiss houses with the roofs and timbers etc... The Youth Hostel I stayed at was right out of a picturebook. I'd love to go again and see some of the things I miss like more train journeys. I'm glad you had a great time

Absolutely gorgeous Louis! Hope you came back relaxed and refreshed.

We went in May of 2004 to Inerlaken, Bern, and Lucerne. It was the trip of a lifetime. We got to go to the top of Jungfrau, rented Fun Cars, and did lots of sightseeing.

So much to see

There is just so much to see and every area of Switzerland looks different. It was one of the best trips of my life!
