A while ago this song was chosen somehow as the best Eurovision song ever. In 1973 it ended up second. It's one of my favourites too. Unfortunately the sound quality on Youtube is horrible (in all three links I posted)

One of my all time favourites.
My ultimate favourite whas to be L'ouseux et L'enfant by Marie Myriam for France in 1977. Beautiful beautiful song.
LOL! I love Ding Dinge Dong too! Its a silly song really but still makes me smile. So much popular music today is so "dark" in its contest I just love the whole sing and you will feel better theme.
France has made a real effort this year to send an interesting song and raise the profile of the contest so I hope they do well this year. Germany and Belgium also have good acts this year Germany looks very classy. While I have been pleased to see Greece and Turkey and Finland win the contest in recent years after competing for so long I think many people are getting tired of countries like Russia and Ukraine dominating contest.
