.............a 1971 sears christmas catalouge, any of you collectors got a spare one youre willing to part with. Please dont send me to ebay, I think Im done with them (at least for now).

I had no idea that was a market for old catalogs. I know I have a bunch in the attic. I looked on eBay and was surprised to see the '71 catalog going for $12.95 and up. I know I have a collection of general catalogs and Christmas too from the '70s, might be time to put them on eBay. Odds are they are not in the greatest shape anymore though.
 
Yes, Matt there is a market for old cataglogues, especially around the holiday's. I have bought a couple of 50's Montgomeery Wards and i have yet to hit the right year with the Apex machine. had a 53 with all wringer washers, and the 59 has Signature "norge" T/L's and signature branded westy F/L's, has anyone ever seen that elusive apex bouncer in a M.Ward catalogue? I remember the karosel Kitchen. alr2903
 
The Christmas catalogs are always the hardest to find.
Usually they were devoured by kids long before Christmas.
I have two Eatons catalogs in pretty good shape, but there are several pages missing from the toy section and a lot are circled
