Take a look at this. It's amazing what production companies are doing today. I'm usually pretty good at spotting green screen stuff but I had no idea how prevalent the practice is.

Recently I was watching that sci-fi show "V" and I saw some startling things. One was when two characters were talking aboard one of the spaceships I looked down and their hands looked like drawings. Their clothes looked weird. Then I realized it, the entire scene, including the actors, were all digital animation.

We now have the technology to make movies with realistic looking people who will never exist.
