Hi Everyone:
A few years ago, I purchased the DiFi dishwasher water filter product. It has worked well and did a great job softening the water going into the dishwasher. (I tested the water pre/post filtration and it definitely did what it was supposed to do.) I never had a problem getting replacement cartridges until now. I'd replace cartriges about every two months.
Anyway, I placed an order for replacement cartridges about six weeks ago and have still not received product. Multiple Emails and phone messages to them (when their voicemail is not full) have gone unanswered. There are numerous recent complaints on the BBB website about non delivery of product. I have disputed the charges with my bank and filed a BBB complaint.
Any ideas for replacement cartridges? The cartridges can be opened and appear to have water softener resin in it. I guess I could replace it or recharge it by soaking in salt water.
I also see Granger has a Dishwasher Filter product that has phosphate (scale inhibitor cartridge) in it...rated for 60,000 gallons which would last a while.
Thanks
Bob
