Hey,

With the holidays, it's been a while since we had a regular dinner thread. Saturday, I started dinner by getting greens (red Swiss chard) in a pan with oil and garlic.

Looks delicious

Your dinner and your soup both look delicious. I just love that stove of yours. Saw it in the party picture thread also. My dinner Sunday did not fare so well. I decided to put a turkey in the oven and have friends over for dinner. My 15 year old Jack Russel Terrier decided to have a stroke around 2 o'clock. So, I called my vet and grabbed the dog and 3 hours later got back home...all I can say is my turkey resembled the one in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. At least the dust didn't shoot out when I cut it...lol. But on the bright side the dog is recuperating and the vet said he didn't have a stroke just a really bad seizure. So, I'll try again next weekend. I wish I would have thought to take some pictures of that turkey it would have been good for a laugh!!
