A couple of weeks ago, I made my weekly wander through the local Goodwill store, and found four plates, of a pattern that I know I have seen before (either in an antiques shop or online somewhere) - but the pattern name and manufacturer escapes me.  I was thinking Kitchen Kraft or something by Universal, but no search online has returned the information that I need.

I have been waffling over them.  If I entertained, I would keep them for that summer dinner, and they are so danged cute, I almost want to keep them for myself.  On the other hand, cupboard space is at a premium, I really have no use for them, and I don't need to add more plates to the storage mix, so they will probably head to eBay - once I figure out their background.

Would anyone here happen to know anything about them?  I would sure appreciate any information that anyone might be able to share.

Thanks,

Joe

Forgot to mention...

...there are no identifying marks on the back.

Truly a puzzlement.

They are too cute to get rid of...

I would look for mugs, bowls, etc. in red or yellow and make a service for 4 out of them.

Send the first picture you posted to the customer service dept. at replacements.com. They are more than happy to identify patterns for you and then let you know what other pieces they have in stock that you MUST have :) They have been very helpful to me in identifying old flatware and dishes that came from deceased family members.

Never thought of Replacements.com...

I am going to send the photo to them and see what they have to say about the pattern.

Thanks,

Joe
