Dishmaster

I just had my Dishmaster installed and it works great. Anyone here familiar with them? Anyone else here have one?

I've seen old Dishmasters for sale in the past and I would like to have one. What I found instead was a 1964 Electroways Electro-Sink-Center. It has the dishwashing function of the Dishmaster and two motors for a blender, mixer, food processor, etc. M ine needs a little work to make it usable.

I love the Dishmaster....really it is something that I wonder has not been knocked off more over the years.

We had a Dishmaster that followed us to a house or two and finally ended up at the laundry sink at our last place.  I used to use it for a few dishes at a time, but then I got into dishwashers and preferred to save them up for machine washing instead.

 

They're really convenient, and great for items that aren't supposed to go into the dishwasher.  The look of ours wasn't contemporary enough for our kitchen after we remodeled.
