Dishwasher unicouple

Hey guys, I need a bit of hand trying to find the tap attachment to the dishwasher uni-couple that I have, this is the kind with the aerator the long one

That is the kind that older KA unicouples like the one on my KDS58 used.

Ive used the 2 adapters on the left interchangeably between an old kitchenaid and a reverse rack maytag - either will work on both.
