it has a tear

It clearly is ripped along the top edge.

Interesting that your link is to the Italian eBay,yet its in Springfield, Mass!

Yes, that's because if you link through the italian ebay you automatically enter in the italian (that shows only the ones of worldwide sellers who sets as available international shipping to Italy ) one, but being a listing in the USA.
Most sellers from  the USA, especially privates and non business run,  don't initially set up a listing  available for international, both because they never did  it and often because to certain countries shipping is really a pain in the ass and gives lots of problems..

That's why when I look for something I both log in in the italian ebay and american ebay...
By logging up to the US ebay I'm able to see listings meant for USA only  that has of course 10 times more selection (often with way lower costs than international ones) and  so I'm able to write to sellers asking if they would ship to me in Italy.
It happens  very often, almost always,  that both seeing my high rating of international feedbacks ( that are almost all international transactions especially from the USA)  and seeing that there is not that much of language barrier  and all the problems related to a  "foreigner" they happily agree to ship international  just and only to me....even in the future.

Anyway, so looks like we see the same thing about the Tide, in the meantime I posted it here someone already bidded on  so likely will bring this too high for my pockets right now, I'd have took the risk by seing that the seller has also listed a package of Salvo tablets (The dirt bombs as they were called by their silly commercial in the 60s), so I'd have got both and got a combined shippng...
The shipping for the single thing is too high for me now, would have had sense if he had more vintage products to get a combined one...
So I link the other listng here...I'm not going for it, maybe someone of you  is interested:

36 Cents!!!!!!

I swear I remember a dedicated sit-com commercial for this very product where Bea Benaderet demonstrated the efficacy of "Intensified Tide" (got to admit, it's nice alliteration). She tosses a balled-up pair of dirty white socks into her Shady Rest washer (couldn't identify it) for her lazy brother-in-law, and, of course, the buzzer goes off at the end of the cycle, she separates the socks and they're both spotless.

Nice moonlighting bucks for the actors, that is if the Hennings let them keep any of the proceeds.

I'm still a fan of Ms. Benaderet's for her tour-de-force side-kick role on the "Burns and Allen" show and the best voice-over of Little Red Riding Hood (HEY GRANMA! THAT'S A PRETTY BIG NOSE FOR YOU!........................................................

............................TO HAVE!) and, of course, frumpy Mama Bear (...but Henry, it's Father's Day).
