Domestic versus Commercial Maytag Dryer Power

Living in Palm Springs and Madrid. From Liverpool.
These two dryers are currently listed for sale:

First, we have a domestic Maytag with the standard 22,000 BTU/h burner (6.5 kW).
Next up is a commercial version with a 30,000 BTU/h burner (8.8 kW).

The dryers appear to be otherwise the same, even inside. It wouldn’t surprise me if they use the same thermostats, so drying temperatures would be identical. Probably the same blower too.

So why don’t the domestic versions have the 30k burner? And why doesn’t the commercial version just stick with the 22k? I imagine the more powerful burner would speed up drying at the start of the cycle, but once the load starts to dry, either burner would just cycle on and off to maintain the same selected temperature anyway.
