Back just after Christmas, I gave myself a Christmas present of a new Frigidaire refrigerator. It's great because it uses so little electricity and it keeps food really well. Only problem was that it needed a little style. A couple of weeks ago, we had a "cleanup day' where people throw out bulk trash and stuff. I found an early 60's vintage Fridigaire SxS fridge that was in quite bad shape (believe me, I would have toted it home if it was in restorable condition!) Well, it had some nice cast-metal chrome nameplates and trim on it. I whipped out the toolbox and removed it all. At home, Off went all the electrolux-Frigidaire logos and stuff, and on went the GM-Frigidaire stuff!
