Hey Guys

Excuse the poor quality- this was taken from a pic in the paper I was reading on the train on Monday.

A 21 year old woman was slightly injured when she was pinned against a washing machine by the car!.

Note the original sign- I know the washers aint Frigies but im thinking the dryers look kinda original- wonder if the car hit them :(

Here in South Florida this happens on a regular basis, usually elderly drivers mistaking the gas for the brake.

The break and accelerator pedals are placed too close in a lot of Asian cars. When I first started driving my Daewoo, I would regularly accelerate and break at the same time. I had to make a conscious effort not to have my foot press down on both pedals simultaneously. Having size 11 feet doesn't help the situation.

As a real-estate appraiser one of the features adjusted-for when comparing properties is on-site parking.

ONSITE PARKING?

[X] YES
[ ] NO

Comments:
Extremetly short distance to store from parking area.

LOL LOL LOL

Toggles, that's too funny . . .

My sister is a commerical appraiser and MAI. I showed her your comments and she about lost it . . . she agrees that such an adjustment would be necessary in this case, plus another for deferred maintenance!
