Duet help? Turn off chime/signal?

So far we love our new duet. But the chime is really annyoing...In the manual it shows how to turn it off using the cycle signal button. But, there is no cycle signal button. Any help?

I think one of the "features" you get by upgrading to a higher end model is the ability to turn off the beep. I'm betting the manual covers multiple models and it just might not be possible on yours.

Is your machine chiming when it finishes the end of the cycle or are you hearing the machine chime while it's going thru a cycle?

If you could post a closeup pic of the washer's console someone may be able to give you some assistance with shutting that off.

I looked at the control panel and there's no Signal Off option... :-(
