Hi every one,
what are your views on the dyson 2 drums?

i think it's the best i've ever had and seen because it's massive and it washes all my clothes perfectly not a stain left even if i put it on the dirt cycle, i mostly tend to put it on the dirt and stains cycle at 40-60 degrees. The spin performance is best as the clothes are so dry, i know this because me and my friend have the same dryer and he's also got a 1400 rpm washer but my clothes dried 20 minutes bfore his and they were similar clothes.
Unbelievable but true!

Welcome to the Disscuss-O-Mat. Are you talking about the Dyson Controtator? You should ask the user named 2DrumsAllergy. He owns 2 Contrarotator machines, the CR01 Memory model and the CR02 Allergy model. There is also a CR02 Flowcheck model. Could you video a full cycle of the machine?

About the video, I haven't got a camera at the moment as ithas broke, i'll do a video when i get one.

Welcome to Automaticwasher.org.

I have two wonderful Dyson washers, a CR01 Memory and a CR02 2-Drums Allergy. They definitely outwash ordinary single drum front loaders and the cycle times are very fast without compromising on wash performance or load size. I agree with you about the spin performance which I feel is due to a number of factors; the large drum diameter gives greater G-Force, firstly the huge number of micro holes, the large surface area of the drum and lastly the long spin duration 6-7 minutes at top speed on Cottons cycles. The only machine that compares with my Dyson's spin performance is my 1800RPM Miele W3985WPS.

I hope to make a video of the CR02 over the holiday period, if I get peace to do it.

Hi Folks,
I'm making a video of the Dyson CR02 2-Drums Allergy washing a 7Kg load of colour-fast cottons at 60°C. Its recording as I type this and hopefully it will turn out OK. I will upload it to YouTube! as soon as I can.

Dyson Videos

Hi Folks,
Well I done a video late last night; I set the camera up and started recording then pressed the start button on the Dyson and went to bed. Unfortunately a few minutes later my Mum got up and went to the toilet, she noticed the kitchen lights on and thinking I had forgotten to turn them off she switched them off. As a result I have recorded two minutes of the cycle and the rest is in total darkness lol.

Sorry about that.

I will do another video later tonight and this time Mother has been warned not to turn the lights off.

I will let everyone know when the videos are on YouTube!
